1. Q: Any minimun qty or amount required for each order?

No minimun order qty or amount.


2. Q: How about shipping charges?

In Hong Kong, HK$25 for deliver to all area by HK Post Register Mail Service, extra charges may require for total weight over 2Kg per order. HK$30 for deliver by Local Courier Service Co. (valid only for most commercial / industrial area in HK, other school/education center may require extra cost).

For international order, delivery charge would be calculated according to the actual weight and destination. Normally, we will use Hong Kong Post Register Airmail Service or EMS. FedEX Express service also available upon request.


3. Q: How to pay on-line?

You don't need to pay at once while shopping. Normally, after we had received your order by email, we will check our inventory and prepare the packing; then we will send you email to confirm the total price with shipping cost. After your confirmation, we will issue a PayPal invoice to you (which includes products and shipping charges) by email. Then, you can pay on-line through PayPal by using your credit card (you don't need to have a PayPal account) or your PayPal accounts (if you have).

In Hong Kong, customer can also pay by Cash or Bank transfer.


4. Q: When will we have the shipment after payment finished?

After your payment confirmed, we will ship out your goods within 2 working days. Normally, the shipment may need 3-14 days depend on your actual destination and delivery method selected.


5. Q: Any warranty included?

Yes, we provide 30 days ship back warranty service for defected parts/items. But, excluding any human demage or in-proper use.


6. Q: Any support service?

We provide email and telephone support service. Normally, customer can search all necessary information on our web. Customers are recommended to send email for any problem or question. We also provide telephone support within office hours only.

7. Q: Can I order out stock item?

Yes, you can place back order for any out stock item by email. Normally, customer still need to pay full amount to confirm the order.


8. Q: Can I shop in your office?
A: Yes, customer are welcome to shop in our office within office hours, or advance booking for special arrangement. Customer suggest to have phone call or email to confirm with us for their item and schedule is available or not.
